Think I hit my plateau.

I’ve gained muscles..

Which is good thing but, I’d like to lose few more pounds and I will be happy.

I’ve been stay around 142 lbs for weeks now so, I’ve been eating bit more calories to balance it out.

Of course, I do work out and burn about 500-900 calories per week.

It’s just that I clear don’t know what to do or I’ll just be okay with my weight..

We’ll see how it goes.

Been eating.. a lot

Hello followers,

I have been working out my butt off lately…

I kinda had to because I’ve been eating so much carbs and fat since my friends wanted to have some korean foods D:

And then… I’ve been bit depressed with school stuffs ..so much pressure..

So, I wasn’t working out a lot that I suppose to. 

But, today! I went to gym and burned 879 calories :).

This time I wasn’t so tired at all because my body got used it.

I hope I’ll keep it up most of times and eat healthy as possible.

Girls girls girls do this!!! This is the workout that helped me to get rid of alot of the lower fat… if you are like me and end up rolling around :D put your hands into a diamond shape and put it under your butt to stop you from rolling, try it i swear you will see results asap

It’s been a looooong time…

Hey guys,

It’s been a long time lol..

Sorry for not updating my plan. I got bit carried away from college *sigh*..

But, don’t worry! I have maintained my workout and diet as much as possible.

I have now weighs 142 pounds. I used to weigh around 139 but, I gained pretty a lot of muscles so,..went back to 142.

I think it’s okay for now, I’d kind of like to lose some muscles (specially my legs) but, we’ll see.

And here’s some pictures of my progress.

It looks bit flatter now (I looked at my very first picture).

As you can see my legs went bit bulked up.

I have been doing cardio for a long time and Jillian Michael workouts too.

I’ve been eating less and less which still fills me up very well.

Eating healthy and work your butt off is the key to remind yourself how you can be stronger as long as you keep maintain.

Day 3 lunch+work out

well, I woke up pretty late and I decided to eat some salad and apple then work out…

The progression isn’t really going well to be honest.. 

I still need to work more on my abs. Then work through on my legs.. 

Well, my legs are okay so far but, my tummy is very flippy floppy.

It annoys me when I’m wearing shorts and sitting down because of I can’t really breath properly.. 

Need to focus more on belleh!!

Anyway… I did some 10 minutes of running nonstop and 10 mins of bike nonstop and 5 mins of elliptical because I already felt that I was gonna die. 

Anyway, time to rest a bit..
