It’s been a long time lol..
Sorry for not updating my plan. I got bit carried away from college *sigh*..
But, don’t worry! I have maintained my workout and diet as much as possible.
I have now weighs 142 pounds. I used to weigh around 139 but, I gained pretty a lot of muscles so,..went back to 142.
I think it’s okay for now, I’d kind of like to lose some muscles (specially my legs) but, we’ll see.
And here’s some pictures of my progress.
It looks bit flatter now (I looked at my very first picture).
As you can see my legs went bit bulked up.
I have been doing cardio for a long time and Jillian Michael workouts too.
I’ve been eating less and less which still fills me up very well.
Eating healthy and work your butt off is the key to remind yourself how you can be stronger as long as you keep maintain.
